Return & Exchange Policy

At this time, we are unable to accept returns. However, we do offer exchanges.

Eligibility

Our exchange policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed since your product was delivered, we regret that we cannot offer an exchange. To qualify for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it should be in the original packaging with all tags intact.

Exchange

If you have received a defective or damaged product, or if the size is incorrect, you can email us at support@kaarikatha.com. Please note that exchanges can be processed only once per order.

Refunds

Currently, we do not offer refunds. If you wish to return a product and prefer to wait before placing a new order, we can provide store credit equivalent to the value of the original product.

Exchange Procedure

  1. Email us at support@kaarikatha.com
  2. Once our support team confirms your request, we can initiate a reverse pickup for your order, or you can directly ship it to us at our address.
  3. After the product reaches us, it will undergo a quality check. The exchange product of similar value will be delivered to you within 15 days.

Please note that unless the item is damaged or defective, the customer shall be responsible for paying the shipping charges for the reverse shipment.
